NOTICE OF PHOTOGRAPHY
& VIDEO RECORDING
AUDITION ROCKSTAR LIVE SEMINAR, VIRTUAL AUDITION DOMINATION, AND/OR THE INNER CIRCLE MASTERMIND (“The Event”) WITH AMY JO BERMAN (“AJB”)/RED CARPET LIFE LLC. (“Company”) IS A TEACHING EXPERIENCE AND FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. ALL LIVE AND RECORDED PROGRAMS TAUGHT BY AJB ARE FOR INSTRUCTIONAL PURPOSES ONLY – THEY ARE NOT AUDITIONS OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES. BY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE LIVE EVENT TERMS AND THE FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN COMPLETING THE PURCHASE OF ANY COMPANY DIGITAL PRODUCT, SERVICE, LIVE CLASS, OR SIMILAR, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE FOREGOING.
AJB nor any employees of Company participate in the casting, auditioning, employment, management, representation or audition procurement of any artists for any projects at any time, be they film, television, music, web-based or similar. Participation in any program, class, coaching, seminar, consultation or similar instruction with AJB/Company is not an opportunity to be cast, audition, be pre-screened for possible future auditions, be considered for employment or interview for a job or role. Purchasing any AJB/Company Products or Services or taking part in any class is no guarantee of employment, earning money or achieving results. Your level of success in attaining results is based on several factors, including skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, networking and numerous other factors.
AJB/Company employees will not accept any promotional material of any kind, including headshots, demo reels, resumes, business cards, electronic media or similar during the The Event.
Students/Attendees of The Event may not make audio or video recordings of any course activity at any time without express written consent from AJB/Company.
RIGHT TO RECORD/USE IMAGE
By purchasing admission to and/or by attending The Event, you enter an area where photography, audio, live streaming and video recording may occur.
By purchasing admission and/or entering The Event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, live streaming, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, or any other purpose by AJB/Company and its affiliates and representatives, in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity. By purchasing admission to and/or by attending The Event, you release AJB/Company, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.
By purchasing admission to and by entering The Event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording or similar taken by AJB/Company or the person or entity designated to do so by AJB/Company.
RISK STATEMENT
There are risks involved in any Event. By going to The Event, you assume all risks incidental to The Event and release AJB/Company, staff, volunteers, contractors and The Event Venue, and their respective affiliates from all claims related to or arising out of The Event or your presence at The Event. By purchasing admission and attending The Event, you agree to conduct yourself in a cordial manner and are subject to all applicable policies of AJB/Company. Any student/attendee who creates a disturbance; is disrespectful to any other registrant, any member of AJB/Company, volunteers, contractors or staff will not be tolerated. The purchase of admission is a revocable license to enter The Event: at the date and time listed at time of purchase. AJB/Company reserves the right, without paying a refund, to refuse entry or eject you if you are not complying with all AJB/Company policies applicable to The Event. AJB/Company, The Event date and time is subject to change. Resale and/or transfer of the admission to The Event is prohibited by AJB/Company policies without permission. Any such unauthorized resale and/or transfer may result in refusal of entry without refund.
PAYMENTS
If you selected an installment payment option (if available) when you purchased either the AUDITION ROCKSTAR LIVE SEMINAR, VIRTUAL VIP DAY AND/OR THE INNER CIRCLE MASTERMIND, you understand and agree that your full payment must be completed BEFORE you attend The Event and that there are no refunds available after the scheduled date of The Event.
LIVE EVENT TICKETS REFUNDS
For Audition Rockstar Live, you have THIRTY (30) Days prior to the event to request a full refund of your ticket. Any request after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit, will not be processed. Any unused tickets will be forfeited and are not transferable to another event.
For Virtual Audition Domination live master class, as long as you attended LIVE, you have up to FOURTEEN (14) Days after event day to request a full refund of your ticket if you feel the class did not fulfill its promise to give you “clear, step-by-step instructions to navigate any online audition”. Any refund requests made by ticket holders after event day who did not attend the full-day event live, will not be processed. Any unused tickets will be forfeited and are not transferable to another event.
For a Virtual VIP Day or Virtual Inner Circle Mastermind Day, you have FOURTEEN (14) Days from the date of initial purchase to request a full refund, as long as it's at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of your VIP Day or Inner Circle Mastermind. Any request for a refund after fourteen days following initial purchase date or AFTER the date of your scheduled VIP Day or Inner Circle Mastermind Day will not be processed. No refund will be given for used VIP Days or Inner Circle Mastermind days. If you chose the payment option, all payments must be completed prior to your VIP or Inner Circle Mastermind day and you are responsible for making all payments after the 14 day refund period has passed.
TICKET HOLDERS FOR ANY EVENT MAY NOT SELL, OFFER FOR SALE, OFFER AT AUCTIONS, RESELL, DONATE, ACT AS COMMERCIAL AGENT FOR ANOTHER PARTY OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER THEIR TICKETS IN ANY WAY WITHOUT THE SPECIFIC PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF AMYJOBERMAN.COM.
LIVE EVENT TICKET TRANSFERS
Ticket transfers are available up until 48 hours before the live event commences. Requests to transfer that are received after 48 hours will not be honored.
PROCESS FOR TICKET TRANSFERS
Once a Ticket purchase is confirmed, the Ticket Purchaser may request a transfer of ownership of the tickets that they purchased by emailing support@amyjoberman.com with the full name, phone number and email address of the person to whom you would like the ticket transferred.
You agree to have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before purchasing admission and/or entering “The Event” by purchasing admission to Amy Jo Berman’s Audition Rockstar Live Seminar, Virtual Audition Domination and/or The Working Actor Mastermind. You have read and agree to the complete Terms and Privacy Policy regarding all AJB/Company products and services.
