I have probably made most of those excuses in the past (well apart for the broken toe..lol…). That switch of mindset from negative to positive does seem to work. Somehow changing your thought patterns ‘opens you up’ to new ideas, and opportunities. But watch out for your ‘crazy room mate’ he/she is always lurking around the corner !! Thanks AMB.
All actors have down times. Sure an agent may have helped me. Yet I have a film acting role at local art school and another role in July for short film. My Yet 100 percent of my roles came from no agent. My roles came from my constant persistence and taking any thing i could find. I have a knowing that i will go big one day. I never beat myself up on how I look. Sure i would love look like George Clooney. Acting is like a leap into the dark.
