Hi, I'm Amy Jo Berman and I've spent years guiding the growth of thousands of actors and their careers - from newer actors all the way to seasoned professionals and household names.
During my past 20+ years of casting, I've met and worked with actors from all over the world at all stages of their careers. And I'm grateful to say that during the 14 years I spent as Vice President of Casting at HBO, managing 150+ films, mini-series, pilots and series, my casts won countless Emmy and Golden Globe awards.
In 2012, I decided to take all of that knowledge and experience and use it to help actors just like you to end the struggle and make more meaningful connections, get more opportunities, book more paid acting jobs and rise to each and every next level of their acting careers. This is now my mission and I seriously love spending my days producing powerful trainings, inspiring actors to be their best and happiest selves, and supporting our Next Level members to create the kind of acting career they've been dreaming about.

Is this a program I can do at my own pace? Do I have to be on the live calls or are there replays?
Go at your own pace. There is no set amount of time you have to go through all the material.
You don't have to attend live. Either way you still get to participate. If you have a question for Office Hours but can't attend, submit it and watch your answer on the replay. Same with most of the other live sessions, depending on the topic.

Is this program good for child actors?
Amy's expertise is in working with adult actors and also mature teens. So Next Level is designed for them. Younger actors have additional needs and if your child younger than a mature teen, you can join for them so you can guide them as they grow, as well as supplement your guidance from an expert in child actors.
Is this program good for theatre, commercial or voiceover actors or just for film and TV actors?
Amy's expertise is in film and TV, on-camera, principal roles and Next Level is designed to help any actor who wants a career in professional film and TV achieve that faster. Having said that, many voiceover, commercial and theatre actors are also pursuing film and TV and if that's you, you'll find tremendous benefit in being a member. In addition, we have industry guests that come in and train on those complementary topics as well.
Can I get one-on-one help and support from Amy?
