Audition Confidence | How To Master The Inner Game Of Auditioning And Be An Actor Who Books

audition mindset

In this 3-part video blog, we'll cover the 3 vital stages of the “inner game” of auditioning.

  1. BEFORE:  Video #1: Your Thoughts In The Audition Waiting Room
  2. DURING: Video #2: Your Thoughts While You're Auditioning
  3. AFTER:    Video #3: Your Thoughts After Your Audition Is Over

As an actor, audition confidence is not optional if you want to be an actor who books. Here's how to know if your audition confidence muscle is fully developed or needs a bit of a workout.

Answer this honestly (at least to yourself)…

Do you ever hear that nagging little voice that whispers unsupportive thoughts like:

  • I'm not good enough
  • I don't deserve it
  • I don't have the right look
  • I started too late
  • They'll never cast me

If you ever entertain thoughts like these (even once in a while), listen closely.

These thoughts can kill your auditions (even if you're really experienced and really talented) so it's extremely important that you learn how to master the inner game of auditioning…

aka…those thoughts unsupportive in your head.

Let's dive in…

“How Can I Avoid An Audition Psych Out In The Waiting Room?”

DURING
In Audition
Confidence Tip #2, you'll get the answer to the question:

“How Can I Nail It When Something Unexpected Happens In My Audition?

AFTER

In Audition Confidence Tip #3, you'll get the answer to the question:

“How Can I Stop Kicking Myself After An Audition?

There you have it!  Now you know how your thoughts are creating your experience before, during and after your audition.

Remember, the power is yours.

You CAN shift your thoughts to work FOR you instead of against you.

Get in the driver's seat of your acting career by learning how to be a master of your own thoughts.

Then you'll really see what it's like to be an audition rockstar and nail  your auditions like a pro — without getting psyched out, without going into a tailspin from something in the audition room, and without kicking yourself after your audition.  ?

Sound like fun?

If you want some help with that, please join me for a free upcoming live webclass where you'll discover how to end self doubt and eliminate thoughts like: “I’m not good enough” or “I don’t deserve it” so you can be confident, be you & book more (no matter how much experience you have).
